This month we’re challenging ourselves to consistent self care and committing to practice three times a week at the studio plus supplementing with home practice. Why three times? It’s the quickest way to begin to see RESULTS in your physical practice in terms of strength and flexibility (physically and mentally).   Added bonus: it creates a habit and a routine that will keep you putting time for YOU first.
