Yoga is a practice of happiness and kindness and a path to inner freedom. Through finding liberation and freedom in our minds, we are equipped to be of service more clearly and powerfully in the world.
It is the authentic practice of yoga that involves a transformation of the human personality through internal reflection and the cultivation of compassion and love. Internal reflection is the necessary first step for any person wishing to learn and grow.
