I've never done yoga before. Can I come to class?
I've never tried a hot class but want to. Can I handle it?
Yes! Classes will be accessible and as always modifiable for all levels. If you have never practiced yoga before, we suggest checking out one of our foundations or non-heated classes first before jumping into the heat so you are familiar with the movements. Drink plenty of water before class and throughout practice, and let the teacher know that you are new. Rest when you need! You’ll start to notice the difference in no time!
Where are you located?
Our Saco (non-heated classes, Spa and Restorative Yoga, Meditation and Workshops) location is at 200 Main St. We are next door to Vic and Whit’s and diagonally across from Rapid Ray’s. Open the Red Door, walk up the steps, and you’ll find us at the top.
Our Biddeford location (offering hot yoga, meditation, kids classes, workshops, bodywork, yoga teacher training and more) is located at 50 Adams St. As you drive up Adams St, go through the stop sign. We are the first driveway on the right once you pass through the stop sign. Look for the ramp at the back of the lot, and you’ll see our signs and our door.

Where Can I Park?
For our 50 Adams St. Biddeford Location: We’ll have a few designated spots in our parking lot but they fill fast, so if you are running late we suggest finding street parking; some additional first come first serve one hour parking, and during off business hours (outside of the 9-5 range) you can park at the bank parking lot just across the street from us. There is also free 4 hour parking on Central St. and some free street parking in the surrounding neighborhoods.
For our 200 Main St. Saco Location: There is free two hour street parking on Main St. Water St., and Storer St, as well as a free municipal lot on Free St. behind the post office.
Are you hiring?
We are always looking for great instructors and body workers, as well as studio assistants and volunteers to add to our team. We ask that you have been practicing at our studio for about a month (try out our $50 new student special) to make sure it feels like a good fit for you as well as for us! We like to hire from within our community, so come on in and say hello!
