Private sessions are a great way to get a deep and personalized look into your yoga practice. It’s a great way to start out as a new student building foundations of a practice, an advanced student looking to spend more time on individual poses, or as someone looking to learn to work around injuries or chronic conditions. One on one classes provide a wonderful setting to discuss and work on your personal goals and interests.
Private sessions are $75 for one hour. We are also available for semi private classes for 2-4 people, or for private group classes for your special occasion or event!
